October 10, 2024 - An attorney reached out to us, letting us know that his client would like an offer on their single family home in Addison for which the Estate Administrator should receive their Letters of Office by December, 2024.  We request a showing ASAP..

October 12, 2024 - We conduct a quick 15 minute walkthrough of the subject property.

October 14, 2024 - We come to a verbal agreement with the heir on price and email the EA the contract.

November 1, 2024 - The EA signs the contract with the closing date scheduled for January 24, 2025.

November 22, 2024 - The EA receives their Administrator Papers from probate court and the official authorization to sell the property.

January 24, 2025 - We close and take title as originally scheduled.
